Iced blueberries with white hot chocolate sauce

Servings 2


  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 oz white choclate chopped


  • Toss berries with lemon zest and place in a metal cake pan.  Freeze for 1-2 hour.
  • Bring cream to a boil, remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted.  
  • Put berries in two wine glasses.  Pour melted sauce over berries and garnish with mint
