Widowed Friends Ltd – Health and Safety – Release of Liability Waiver

Last updated May 25, 2023

The health and safety of members and volunteers remains of high importance to Widowed Friends and we thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked through navigating Coronavirus/Covid -19 and subsequent virusus during this time.

If you are experiencing any cold, flu or GI symptoms or have recently been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of Covid, we would appreciate it if you would skip the event and join us another time.

While masking is no longer mandatory, the Ontario government advises masks be worn in crowded indoor public spaces.   If any member would prefer wearing a mask to a Widowed Friends event, you are very welcome to do so.

We are closely monitoring the local and regional Public Health departments and receive frequent updates from Public Health Ontario and Public Health Agency of Canada in regard to any changes in the community.
