Breakfast Smoothie
A fast and light breakfast
- 1 1/2 cups plain, low fat yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (7 ounces)
- 1 banana,peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Place the strawberries in a blender.
Add the yogurt, sugar and salt and process at low speed until the ingredients are combined but still course in texture, about 10 seconds.
Increase speed to high, 20-40 seconds until completely smooth.
Add extra sugar if necessary
